Work started on the Adamsdown Community Garden in spring 2006 after a comprehensive community consultation.
Working with local volunteers and BTCV (British Trust of Conservation Volunteers) the outside space of the Adamsdown Resource Centre has been transformed over the past two years.
The garden is used regularly by local schools the Adamsdown Environmental Action group and other community organisations. It is also available for hire.
Regular events are held every two months, offering the chance to help with maintaining the garden, learn new skills and meet new people.

Clifton Street
Clifton street is the main shopping street in Adamsdown.
The street has undergone some major changes, after recently being awarded some funding by Cardiff Council and the Welsh Assembly Government's
Physical Regeneration Fund.
Work, started in 2008, saw shop fronts being done up, pavements widened,
bicycle racks put in and controversially the street being made one way.
Cardiff Council said that these measure were intended to:
"Create a more attractive and pedestrian-friendly shopping centre"
